MyPng2Ico

MyPng2Ico makes converting a set of PNG images into a ICO file a simple point and click operation.

 
    Installation (Windows Only)
 
 
  1. Download the MyPng2Ico v1.3.2.0 Installer.
  2. Run the installer.  
    • Note:  If your machine does not already have a Java runtime installed, you will be sent to Sun's website to download and install one the first time that MyPng2Ico is run.
 
 
    Basic Usage
 
 
  1. Run MyPng2Ico.
  2. Click "Add Images..." and browse to the directory containing your .png files.  Select one or more .png files.
  3. Click ".ICO Filename..." and browse to the directory where you would like the .ico file to be output. Type in a filename (with a .ico extension), then click Open.
  4. Click Create, and the .ico file will be created.

NOTE:  At present, MyPng2Ico only converts PNG files that are "size-appropriate" for Windows:  128x128, 64x64, 32x32, 16x16.
